Built in 1918, this warm and welcoming home features the art of the late North Dakota artist, Nellie Coad Solberg.




This Gallery home has two guest rooms and a Great Room with a large wood burning fireplace providing a warm spot for breakfast on a cool morning.




This home is within walking distance to the State Capitol and Heritage Center, downtown shopping and dining, and the library as well as hospitals and clinics. It is also available for weddings, showers, meetings, parties, tea-time or special ladies get-aways.

General Information
Room rates quoted are for double occupancy. For single occupancy deduct $5.00 from rate quoted.
Room rate does not include state or local taxes.
Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Please let me know your time of arrival.
Please, no pets or smoking.

Also available for special events, weddings, meetings, parties, tea-time,
or a special ladies get-away.

Reservations and Payment
One night deposit by check or credit card is required to reserve your room.
Refunds will be made if cancellation is received at least seven days prior to reservation date. On shorter notice, deposits are refunded if room is rented.
Visa, Mastercard, or checks are accepted. There is a 10% discount for cash payment.
